Friends of DeKalb County-ALABAMA Animal Adoption Center (FODCAAC) is made up of a small group of volunteers. We are a volunteer, foster-based, 501c3 nonprofit. 

Our mission is to improve visibility and increase awareness of the countless number of abandoned, homeless animals in DeKalb County, AL with the ultimate goal being to unite these deserving animals with the perfect forever family of their own.
